Geoffrey Jing

Geoffrey Jing is a multifaceted professional currently serving as the Head of Product & GTM at Judgment Labs since October 2025, where focus is on agent behavior monitoring (ABM) as the first nonengineering hire. As a Venture Partner at V11 and a former Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, Geoffrey has gained valuable experience in private equity and technology. Earlier roles include contributions as a Scout at Soma Capital, where involvement in building a leading seed fund occurred, and as a Co-Founder & CEO of Persimmon, dedicated to personal data monetization. Additionally, Geoffrey has held product management and engineering roles, focusing on technologies such as LLM training and GenAI solutions. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Carleton College, with additional studies at Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
