Alan Petlak

Alan Petlak is an experienced mediator and arbitrator currently working at Judicate West since December 2022. With over two decades of legal experience, Alan specializes in helping parties navigate disputes by finding common ground and simplifying complex issues. Prior to this role, Alan operated Petlak Mediation from March 2018 to December 2022, where a focus on effective and creative solutions for complicated business disputes was emphasized.
