Maxim Feldman

Maxim Feldman has a strong background in mechanical engineering R&D, with their most recent role being Director of Mechanical Engineering R&D at Juganu since December 2020. In this position, they oversee the mechanical engineering team and leads projects and multi-disciplinary tasks. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Team Leader at Juganu from January 2020 to December 2023, where they supervised and provided technical leadership to the mechanical engineering team.

Before joining Juganu, Maxim worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Airspan Networks from August 2017 to December 2019. Maxim also served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at SIRIN LABS from September 2014 to August 2017, and as a Mechanical Engineer at Ceragon Networks from December 2010 to September 2014.

Maxim started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Motorola Solutions from January 2008 to January 2010, where they gained valuable experience in the field.

Maxim Feldman obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MoTIE) from the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University from 2018 to 2020.
