Currently my main job is to lead the strategic resourcing organization at Elisa, ensuring the availability of talent on both short and long-term basis. I'm also a part-time entrepreneur with two companies: Juho Toivola (training, assessments, consulting, speaker gigs) and Digital Minds (digital footprint analysis / psychometrics). 

As a trained psychologist, I'm constantly curious about why and how humans think, feel and act in different situations and contexts. I try to translate this knowledge and expertise into inspiring insights and actionable frameworks. 

I've conducted over 2000 in-depth psychological assessments, recruited thousands of people to different organisations, and developed exceptionally broad expertise in psychometric instruments and measurement. Currently I'm passionately deepening my expertise in digital footprint analysis.
