Melissa Aills

Melissa Aills has extensive experience in procurement management in the food and beverage industry. Melissa began their career as a Purchasing Assistant at BR Guest Hospitality in 1997 before moving on to La Boulange Cafe & Bakery as a Chef from 1998 to 2000. Melissa then joined MCC Hospitality Group as a Procurement Director from 2001 to 2002, where they developed supply chains and negotiated contracts. Their most recent position was as VP of Procurement at Juice It Up! starting in November 2002. In this role, they excelled in analyzing commodities, reducing costs, and increasing sales.

Melissa Aills earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Mississippi from 1985 to 1990. Melissa also obtained a certification in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy.
