President And CEO at Juice It Up!

Susan Taylor has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several positions in the restaurant industry. Susan'smost recent position was as a member of the Toast Enterprise Advisory Council, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President and CEO of Juice It Up! from July 2020 onwards, responsible for various aspects of operations and coaching personnel.

Before Juice It Up!, Susan worked as the Director of Operations at Sharkys Woodfired Mexican Grill, from May 2018 to August 2019, overseeing restaurants and ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Susan also held multiple roles at Jamba Juice, from 2004 to 2018, including Sr. Director of Franchise Operations, Franchise Business Consultant, and Sr. District Manager. In these positions, they led strategic national franchising efforts, directed regional franchise business consultant teams, and turned around negative sales trends in West Coast markets.

Prior to Jamba Juice, Susan worked as a Regional Operator at Baja Fresh in 2003 and as the Director of Operations at Chevys Fresh Mex Restaurants from 1999 to 2003. Susan was responsible for managing multiple units, handling profit and loss, and developing partnerships.

Susan's early career included roles at Chevys Fresh Mex, starting as an Opening Kitchen Manager in 1992 and progressing to become a Regional Food Supervisor. In these roles, they oversaw kitchen operations, managed budgets, and opened new restaurants in multiple states.
