Luis Ball Jr.

Luis Ball Jr. is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Founding Software Engineer at Juicebox since January 2025. Prior to this role, Luis worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at imgix from January 2021 to November 2024, and as a Software Engineer at Envizzo from December 2019 to June 2020, where expertise in JavaScript, React, and Rails was applied to develop applications with a focus on code abstraction and stability. Luis also gained experience as a Junior Software Engineer at Parsec Media in 2019, contributing to the enhancement of JavaScript features and libraries, and served as the Pre-College Program Assistant Director at Carnegie Mellon University in 2015. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Writing and Communication from Carnegie Mellon University, earned in May 2017.
