Cathy Faulkner

Cathy Faulkner is a seasoned health and safety professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the General Manager - Health and Safety at Juken New Zealand since November 2022, Cathy is responsible for developing and implementing workplace safety strategies. Prior to this, Cathy has held significant positions such as Principal H&S Advisor - Horticulture at Craigmore Sustainables, where involvement included establishing health and safety systems during a period of growth in the horticulture sector. As an H&S management consultant, Cathy specialized in governance, risk management, and worker upskilling. Additional roles include Working Safely Director at Frucor Suntory and Associate at Advisian, focusing on health and safety governance and strategic management. Throughout their career, Cathy has contributed to various safety initiatives in organizations such as ShopCare and WorkSafe New Zealand, showcasing a commitment to enhancing workplace safety across industries. Cathy holds a Diploma in Health and Safety from the NZ Institute of Management.
