Karine Charbonnier

Karine Charbonnier serves as an independent administrator at Arverne Group since September 2023, and is actively involved in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Since September 2020, Karine has functioned as an entrepreneur-investor-administrator for Transition écologique et Education, and currently holds a council member position at FOR TALENTS since May 2023. As an investor with SOYPV from May 2022, and as president of the Commission Formation at CCI Hauts-de-France since January 2022, Karine has made significant contributions to regional development. Additionally, Karine provides strategic counsel to NEFTYS and Avril (bio cosmetics), while being a council member at Icam since November 2021, and serving as co-president of the Hauts-de-France region at Groupe IFA since January 2021. Educational qualifications include a degree in accounting and finance from the Université Lille, graduation from HEC in 1991, and completion of the certificate in corporate governance from Sciences Po in 2021.
