Ugo Serriere

Ugo Serriere has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and auditing. Ugo currently holds the position of CFO & COO at Julaya since October 2021. Prior to that, from April 2020 to October 2021, they served as CFO at Eiffage Génie Civil, where they worked closely with the CEO and oversaw a team of 12 administrative staff. Their responsibilities included supervising accounting, treasury, and management control, as well as coordinating human resources for over 250 employees.

Before joining Eiffage Génie Civil, Ugo worked as a Financial Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2016 to July 2018. During their time there, they audited the consolidated accounts of major national companies in New Caledonia and conducted audits for local customers in Australia. Ugo also assessed the internal control of the two largest banks in New Caledonia.

Prior to that, Ugo worked as a Financial Auditor at KPMG France from January 2016 to March 2016, where they participated in a major mission for a CAC 40 energy company and reviewed treasury and suppliers audit cycles for three SMEs.

In 2014, Ugo worked as an Internal Auditor at Banque Populaire du Nord, where they reviewed and optimized purchase cycle procedures and assisted the Accounting Audit Director. Ugo conducted interviews with employees to set up a diagram of purchase procedures and identified internal control risks.

Ugo's earlier experience includes an administrative clerk internship for banking operations at BRED in 2011, where they transferred customer data to a new management software and handled customer inquiries.

Ugo Serriere has a diverse education history spanning from 2011 to 2017. In 2011 to 2012, Ugo attended Saint Croix de Neuilly where they pursued "Classes Préparatoires" in Economics. Following this, from 2013 to 2016, Ugo enrolled in SKEMA Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Finance. During the same period, Ugo also studied at IAE Lille and completed their Master CCA degree, focusing on Accounting, internal control, and audit. In 2017, Ugo furthered their education at Académie de Paris and obtained a Master, Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DSCG), specializing in Accounting and Management. Additionally, in October 2017, Ugo obtained a post-graduate Diploma in Accounting and Management, specifically the DSCG, from Académie d'Aix-Marseille.
