Francis Gagnon, ing. has extensive experience in project management and research and development within the food industry. Currently serving as Chargé de projets - cuisines commerciales at JULIEN INC. since August 2018, Francis previously held the position of Directeur Recherche et développement, technique et qualité at Vigneault Chocolatier ltée from December 2017 to August 2018. Prior roles include Gestionnaire de projets et du laboratoire R&D at Barry Callebaut Group from May 2009 to December 2015, Gestionnaire de projets at TIBO (I.Thibault Inc.) from February 2008 to February 2009, and QA at Cargill for a brief period in June 2007. Francis completed a Bachelor's degree in Génie alimentaire from Université Laval between 2003 and 2007, following a double pre-university program in Sciences et lettres at Cégep Lévis-Lauzon from 2000 to 2003.
