Juliette Fowler Communities is a faith-based, nonprofit organization that was founded in 1892 to serve children, youth and elders. Uniquely intergenerational, Fowler still serves young and older from the same east Dallas location. Older adults can choose apartments in various settings which include independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, and affordable senior housing. Children are served through our foster care and adoption services and The Ebby House helps young women at risk for homelessness who have experienced abuse, neglect or abandonment.
