Riccardo Russo

Riccardo Russo is a seasoned professional in the field of trade finance with significant experience in banking. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Bank Guarantees & Standby Letters of Credit at Julius Baer since December 2020, Riccardo leads a team of Senior Guarantee Officers and is responsible for the analysis and issuance of financial instruments in accordance with UCP 600 or ISP 98. Prior to this role, Riccardo held the position of Business Development Manager at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and served as a Senior Trade Finance Specialist at both Banque Algérienne du Commerce Extérieur S.A. and UBS. Riccardo's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Bank and Financial Services from AKAD University.
