Thomas Lins

Thomas Lins is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in structured products and risk trading. Currently, Lins serves as an Executive Director and Alternative Risk Trader at Julius Baer since December 2012, previously holding the position of Director for Structuring/Origination at the same firm. Prior to this, Lins worked at EFG Financial Products AG as the Head of Trading Middle Office from July 2011 to November 2012, and at SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd, where responsibilities included serving as Head of Exchange Traded Shares & Bonds and conducting market supervision and investigations. Lins began a career in the Market Development Division as a Junior ETF and Fixed Income Analyst. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in International Securities, Investment and Banking from ICMA Centre and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences (HWZ) in Zurich, along with certification as a Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
