Goni Musa Sheikh

Engr. Goni Musa Sheikh is a graduate of the University of Exeter, Camborne School of Mines, England. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Minerals Engineering and a Master of Science Degree from the Imperial College, University of London, in Minerals Process Design Engineering. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Mining Engineers, Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE); Member, The Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN); Member, Council of Mining Engineers and Geoscientists and Member, Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society, and an Associate of the Camborne School of Mines. He has over 35 years of cognate, international and strategic experience in Mining, Oil and Gas operations, particularly in the public sector, which commenced with the Nigerian Mining Corporation, Jos, and from which sector he retired as Federal Permanent Secretary in July 2015. He is the Executive Vice Chairman, Oriental Energy Resources Limited and sits on the Board of Directors of Oriental Energy Resources and Ezikel Refinery Limited.
