Danastri Cintantya

Danastri Cintantya has six years of work experience. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Assistant Psychologist at Sanatorium Dharmawangsa and as an Assessor at PPM Institute of Management. In 2019, they were an Assistant Psychologist at the University of Indonesia. In 2021, they were a People Operations - Organization Development at Rukita. Currently, they are a People & Organization Development Lead at JULO and satukelas.

Danastri Cintantya completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Diponegoro University in 2017. In 2018, they obtained an Assessment Center Assessor Certification from PPM Manajemen. Danastri then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Indonesia, which they completed in 2021.
