In 2010, they worked as an Assistant Notary at Isyana Wisnuwardhani Notary Office. In 2011, they were an Associate at Iskandarsyah & Partner Law Office. In 2012, they were a Legal Supervisor at PT Daya Bumindo Karunia (Barito Pacific Group). In 2014, they were a Junior Legal Manager at Kanmo Retail Group. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal Lazada eLogistics ID and Legal Counsel at Lazada. In 2019, they were a Senior Manager Public Policy & Government Relation and Manager Public Policy & Government Relation at Gojek. In 2020, they were the Head Of Data & Cyber Security at Asosiasi E-Commerce Indonesia (IdEA). In 2021, they were the Deputy Head of Business Cooperation at ASPERINDO, Asosiasi Perusahaan Jasa Pengiriman Express, Pos, dan Logistik Indonesia. Currently, they are the Vice President, Head of Legal & Compliance at JULO.

Gharnis Athe M Ginting obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia between 2005 and 2009. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate of Advocate Education Training from PERADI. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate of Eligible Candidate of Trainee Advocate from PERADI.
