Krisna Leo Parista

Krisna Leo Parista has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Krisna started their career as a Project Architect at PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk. in 2010, where they worked until 2012. Following that, they joined Lippo Group (Lippo Karawaci, TBK) and held various roles, including Design Manager and Design Support Division Head at the Project Management Office. At Lippo Group, they were responsible for managing design projects and digitizing manual documentation.

In 2019, Krisna transitioned to PT Asmara Hotel & Properti as the Project Management Office (PMO) Dept Head. Krisna led the PMO department until 2020. Afterward, they embarked on a freelance career from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Krisna joined Blocksphere, Indonesia's first Blockchain technology firm, as a Scrum Master. At Blocksphere, they established and seeded agile principles and managed a Scrum Team of 12-15 members. Krisna conducted Sprint Events and worked on projects such as debio.network. Krisna worked at Blocksphere until early 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, they joined JULO as a Senior Scrum Master, where they currently serve.

Krisna Leo Parista completed their Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya. Krisna then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Management of Built Environment from Politecnico di Milano, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. In 2020, Krisna enrolled in Simplilearn Alumni for Professional Certification Training in Project Management Professional. Krisna also obtained additional certifications such as Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in February 2022, Training Program EXIN Agile Scrum Master from Simplilearn in March 2021, and IELTS General Training Overall Band Scores CEFR Level B2, Band: 6.5 from IELTS Official in April 2016.
