Narendra Mongan

Narendra Mongan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2014, they started as a Canoe Guide at the Polynesian Cultural Center, where they demonstrated leadership skills in managing traffic and resolving issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Narendra then transitioned to the role of Assistant Web Developer, where they improved web traffic and SEO ranking by developing content and refining the aesthetic value of the PCC website.

In 2018, Mongan joined Bukalapak and worked as a Security Engineer, providing support to engineering teams and resolving daily security issues. Narendra also worked as a Cloud Security Engineer, ensuring a secure environment by hardening services and configuring Web Application Firewall rules.

In 2020, Mongan joined DocQ as a DevOps & InfoSec Engineer, where they initiated process improvements and helped build InfoSec best practices. Narendra also worked at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia as a Cyber Security Architect and Research Specialist, conducting research on cutting-edge technology and ensuring best security practices for the Commbank Mobile Application and surrounding applications.

In 2022, Mongan worked at HappyFresh as a Lead Security Engineer and then joined JULO as a Lead Infosec Engineer. Details regarding specific responsibilities and accomplishments in these roles are not provided.

Narendra Mongan pursued their education at Brigham Young University–Hawaii from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology. In addition to their degree, they obtained two certifications from TestOut Corporation. In March 2014, they earned the TestOut PC Pro certification, and in April 2014, they acquired the TestOut Network Pro certification.
