Repayment Operations at JULO

Rizka Nur Awani began their work experience in 2018 as an Administration and Training Assistant at The Jakarta Post Writing Center. There, they recorded student writing classes, sent emails about new class offerings, and followed up with interested participants. In 2019, they worked on a project at Schoters, organizing a registrant database, following up with participants in a scholarship program, and coordinating online classes with tutors. From 2020 to 2022, Rizka served as a Shopee International Live Chat Agent at PT. INFOMEDIA NUSANTARA, handling customer inquiries, resolving post-sale issues, and addressing logistic concerns. In 2022, they joined JULO as a Repayment Operations team member, responsible for managing repayment processes. Rizka then moved to TELUS International as a Search Engine Evaluator, starting in October 2022.

Rizka Nur Awani attended SMA Cendrawasih 1 Jakarta from 2012 to 2014 and obtained a High School Diploma. Rizka then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta from 2014 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Rizka has obtained certifications in CS Crash Course - Local Mini Series Class from Niagahoster - Web Hosting Unlimited Indonesia in September 2022, and Belajar Content Marketing Content Writing dan SEO untuk menjadi spesialis pemasaran from Skill Academy by Ruangguru in February 2022.
