Rayan Omer

Rayan Omer is an accomplished corporate governance professional with extensive experience in various legal and corporate secretarial roles. Currently serving as Group Company Secretary at Julphar since February 2021, Rayan has previously held significant positions including Legal and Corporate Secretariat at Kuwait Food Company (Americana), Corporate Affairs and Contracts Manager at Johnson & Johnson, and Governance and Compliance Officer at DP World. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Company Secretary at Lonrho and Company Secretary Assistant at Claremont Asset Management. Rayan holds an LLM in Corporate Governance from The University of Law, an LLB (Hons) from BPP Law School, and has completed the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
