Joshua Payne

Joshua Payne has a diverse work experience. Joshua began their career as a Crew Member at Arby's Restaurant Group in 2008. In 2010, they started working as a Tech Support Assistant at Ashland University. In 2013, they were a Research Intern at Northcoast Research and a Value Portfolio Manager at Eagle Investment Group, Ashland University. In 2014, they began working at Summit Benefit Solutions as a Retirement Plan Coordinator. Joshua then moved to July Business Services where they were a Recordkeeping Daily Processing Manager and a Client Service Manager. In their role as Client Service Manager, they oversaw the annual compliance testing, year end government reporting and daily administration for more than 100 401(k) and profit sharing plans. In 2019, July Business Services merged/acquired with Summit Benefit Solutions, Inc.

Joshua Payne obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance, General from Ashland University in 2014. In 2016, they obtained a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) certification from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. In 2018, they obtained a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) certification from the same institution.
