Alex Naoumidis

Alex Naoumidis has a diverse work background. From 2019 onwards, they worked at July as the Operations and CX Manager, overseeing a team of 11 members across three different markets. Their responsibilities included process optimization, team recruitment and training, warehouse selection and setup, VIP customer engagement, and managing international 3PLs. Prior to that, they were a Marketing Associate at July from August 2019 to February 2020. Earlier in their career, they served as the Corporate Events Supervisor at South Melbourne Football Club from June 2017 to February 2018, and as the Bar Manager at Cumulus Inc. from July 2014 to March 2017. Before that, Alex worked as an Athlete at the Australian College of Sport from July 2013 to July 2014.

Alex Naoumidis completed their education with a Year 12 Certificate from Daramalan College in 2012. Alex pursued further education at the Australian College of Sport from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Diploma in Sports Development. Expanding their knowledge in the field, Alex went on to earn a Bachelor of Business in Sports Management from Latrobe University between 2015 and 2017.
