Zipporah Wanjala

Zipporah Wanjala has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Zipporah currently holds a role as Revenue Assurance at Jumba Technologies, starting in January 2023. Prior to their current position, Zipporah worked at Kopo Kopo Inc, where they held various roles starting in February 2016. Their roles at Kopo Kopo included Head of Sales from November 2020 to November 2022, Channel Business Manager from October 2019 to October 2020, Key Account Manager from January 2018 to September 2019, and Merchant Engagement Executive from February 2016 to December 2017. Before joining Kopo Kopo Inc, Zipporah worked at UBA Kenya, starting in July 2009. Their roles at UBA Kenya included Profit Centre Manager from May 2014 to January 2015, Service Quality Officer from March 2011 to May 2014, and Customer Service Officer from July 2009 to March 2011. Their earliest work experience was at Southern Credit Bank (now Equitorial Commercial Bank) as a Bank Teller from November 2007 to June 2009.

Zipporah Wanjala began their education journey in 2004 at The Kenya School of Monetary Studies, where they obtained a Certificate in Banking and Financial Services. From 2010 to 2014, they attended Kenya Methodist University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a field of study in Marketing.
