Freek Muurling

Freek Muurling is an experienced project manager with a strong background in offshore engineering and project execution. Currently serving as Project Manager at Jumbo Maritime since February 2024, Freek is leading the Uaru project, which involves the installation of suction piles and mooring legs for the FPSO Errea Wittu in Guyana. Prior to this, Freek was a Technical Project Manager at Boskalis Offshore Energy, overseeing the Moray West offshore wind farm project. Freek’s experience includes significant roles at Ardent, Heerema Marine Contractors, and Deerns, with expertise in heavy lift engineering, platform decommissioning, and structural design. Freek holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
