Bente Gordijn

Bente Gordijn is currently a Student Assistant Lab at Wageningen Human Nutrition and Health, contributing to the Immu-KNEE-ty study by performing PBMC and monocyte stimulation. Additionally, Bente holds a position at Jumbo Supermarkten in the Service Desk Logistiek and has experience in the distribution center. Previously, Bente supported Bachelor students at Wageningen University & Research in Nutrition Behaviour and Human and Animal Physiology courses. Experience also includes serving as an Ondersteuner Welzijn at Vilente, coordinating activities for the elderly through Oma's Soep, and working as Secretary for the charity organization Durf! under W.S.V. Ceres. Bente's prior roles include providing household assistance at Tzorg and working as a shelf filler at Jumbo Supermarkten. Bente is pursuing a Master's degree in Nutrition & Health at Wageningen University & Research following a Bachelor in Nutrition and Health and a Minor in Food Technology. Educational background also includes studies in Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences at Leiden University and a secondary school diploma in Nature and Health & Nature and Technology from Zwijsen College Veghel.
