Bram Schaap has extensive experience in customer service and management within the retail and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Teammanager Klant&Commercie at Jumbo Supermarkten since August 2018, Bram has held various roles including Teamleider Kassa&Service, B2B Expert, and Leidinggevende Foodmarkt Café, focusing on daily operations, customer complaints, and personnel management. Prior experience includes an internship in Continuous Improvement at Cloetta, where Bram conducted research on process optimization in the casting department, as well as roles at De Kruidenaer, Café Restaurant Brouwerij de Beyerd, and Sporthuis Brejaart Breda B.V. Educational background includes a degree in Bedrijfskunde from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed in March 2022, following studies at Markenhage college.
