Maximilian Fahn

Maximilian Fahn has gained extensive work experience in various fields. Maximilian began their career as a Chef at Crown Resorts, where they worked at the 88 Noodle Bar and Merrywell. Maximilian then moved on to work as a Chef at the Pyengana Dairy Company, specializing in food preparation and baking.

Maximilian transitioned into the IT industry, starting as an IT management assistant apprentice at Voith Industrial Services. During this time, they gained knowledge in accounting, human resources, purchasing, and quality risk health departments. Maximilian also answered support hotlines and resolved customer issues on the phone. After completing their apprenticeship, they became an IT System Administrator at the same company, handling technical troubleshooting and network issues.

Maximilian further expanded their IT experience at Rescue me from IT as an IT Support Officer, providing support to customers and documenting IT problems. Maximilian then joined BratHaus as a Supervisor, where they ensured high standards of customer service and improved food display and marketing.

Maximilian then worked at BITS Technology Group, first as a Level 2 Systems Engineer, diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems. Later, they became a Project Implementation Specialist, coordinating projects with customers and ensuring their completion within the required timeframe.

Continuing their IT career, they joined TechPath Pty Ltd as an Onsite Support Engineer. In this role, they provided exceptional customer service, installed network and virtualization solutions, and configured Azure subscriptions and O365 environments.

Maximilian's most recent role is as a Product Support Specialist at Jumbo Interactive Limited. Here, they collaborate with the engineering department to assist customers, maintains documentation, and leads meetings with clients.

Throughout their career, Maximilian has consistently demonstrated their technical expertise and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Maximilian Fahn completed their education from 2013 to 2016 at Städt. Berufsschule für Informationstechnik, where they pursued an apprenticeship in IT Management Assistant. In terms of additional certifications, Maximilian obtained the following: Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate from Fortinet in March 2022, Windows 2019 Hybrid Assessment from Microsoft in February 2022, AZ-103 from Microsoft in March 2020, Sophos Endpoint Architect from Sophos in March 2020, Sophos Firewall Architect from Sophos in March 2020, Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate from Fortinet in February 2022, Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate from Fortinet in December 2021, and Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in February 2016.
