Rashmi Prashanth is a seasoned professional in customer experience management, currently serving as Senior Manager - Customer Experience at Jumbotail since June 2017. Prior to this role, Rashmi held positions including Assistant Manager Operations at Swiggy from August 2015 to June 2017 and Team Lead at Myntra Designs Private Limited from February 2011 to August 2015, where responsibilities included associate lead of the Queue Monitoring Team focusing on supply chain management and customer satisfaction. Rashmi began the career as a Customer Support Representative at Gift 360.in in 2010. Educationally, Rashmi holds a BBM in Operations Management and Supervision from the Indian Institute of Management Research and Technology and has completed studies at V.V.N Degree College and Shantiniketan Educational Institutions.
