Antonette Paras, CMCA®

Antonette Paras, CMCA®, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Antonette'smost recent position was as a Community Executive/Collection/Community Management at Jumeirah Golf Estates, starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Place Strata Management LLC as a Collection/Customer Services Executive from December 2015 to March 2020.

Before joining Place Strata Management LLC, Antonette served as a Community Executive/Collection Officer at Reliance Owners Association Mgt & Reliance Facilities Mgt. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as maintaining master sheets for service and chiller charges, managing bank ledgers, and collecting payments according to the company's collection policies. Antonette held this position from May 2012 to December 2015.

Antonette also gained experience in logistics support and administrative assistance during their time at Schlumberger. Antonette Paras, CMCA®, completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from Laguna College from 1995 to 1999. Antonette obtained the additional certifications of M-100: The Essentials of Community Association Management from the Community Associations Institute in September 2021, Leadership Masterclass from the Philippine Business School (PBS) in October 2019, and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) in March 2022.
