Jimson Philip has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 2012 as a Complex Front Office Associate at Marriott International. Jimson then joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Front Office Associate. In 2014, they moved to Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where they held various roles such as Revenue & Reservation Associate, Electronic Distribution Specialist, Cluster Revenue Executive, and Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager. Jimson later became a Revenue Manager, Senior Revenue Manager, and Director of Revenue Management (including a Task Force role). Throughout their career, Jimson has demonstrated expertise in revenue management, sales and marketing strategies, and team leadership.
Jimson Philip completed their education from 2009 to 2012. Jimson obtained a B.A in International Hospitality Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in International Hospitality Administration from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Jimson also attended Oriental School of Hotel Management and obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in International Hospitality Administration. In terms of additional certifications, they completed Hospitality Digital Marketing from Cornell University and Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University in 2018. Jimson also obtained certifications in Total Hotel Revenue Management from HSMAI ME and Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services.
