Suresh Ferdinandusz

Suresh Ferdinandusz is an experienced operations manager in the food and beverage sector, currently serving at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas since August 2019. Previously, Suresh held various managerial roles at Jumeirah Group starting from October 2009, including Manager of Villa Beach Restaurant & Beach Lounge and Restaurant Manager, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing operational objectives, financial forecasting, and overseeing marketing and menu development. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager and Senior Supervisor at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and La Parrilla, respectively, where Suresh focused on smooth restaurant operations, staff training, and customer satisfaction. Suresh's career began at Mclarens Holiday Resorts Ltd., managing food and beverage functions and staff at Hotel Topaz & Tourmaline Kandy. Suresh’s education was completed at Trinity College, Kandy, from 1980 to 1993.
