Jafet Mendez has over four years of work experience in technical support and customer service roles. Jafet most recently worked at JumpCloud as a Technical Support Professional, where they provided assistance with user and device management issues. Jafet has knowledge in various operating systems and technologies such as macOS, Linux, Windows, AD, MDM, LDAP, SSO, SCIM, Radius, and APIs.
