Jake Taylor

Jake Taylor has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and user experience. Jake is currently serving as the Director of Product Design at JumpCloud since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Principal Product Designer at JumpCloud from March 2021 to April 2022. Jake has also worked as a Product Design Mentor at Avocademy (YC W22) from February 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining JumpCloud and Avocademy, Jake served as the Principal UX Designer and Design Team Manager at Rocket Communications, Inc. from January 2019 to March 2021. Jake was responsible for leading a cross-discipline design team and creating new product offerings.

Prior to Rocket Communications, Jake worked at Pitney Bowes as the Principal Interaction Designer and Team Lead from February 2018 to January 2019. During their tenure, they led the design execution and strategy efforts for two new product offerings within the Digital Transformation vertical.

Jake has also been associated with companies like Aetna, Deloitte Digital, Welltok Inc., Merkle, Travelport, and eWise, where they held various roles related to UX and product design. Jake has a strong background in conducting research, creating high-fidelity designs, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of design specifications.
