Mark McConnell

Mark McConnell is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining curriculum and e-learning solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at JumpCloud since March 2021, Mark focuses on customer certification programs and marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Mark operated as a self-employed freelance training consultant from 2015 to 2021 and held various positions, such as Lead/Senior Instructional Designer at Revenue Solutions, Inc., where leadership of contract designers was paramount. Additional experience includes developing eLearning strategies at EMC and providing technical guidance at SWAROVSKI. Mark’s early tenure at FM Global included project management of both e-learning and instructor-led training initiatives. Mark holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Literature from the University of Arizona and Rhode Island College.
