Rakesh Kumar

Rakesh Kumar is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Director - People Partner for APAC & EMEA at JumpCloud since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rakesh held the position of HR Leader - APAC at Forcepoint, where significant contributions included building two Centres of Excellence in India. Rakesh's career also includes roles such as People Operations Head - India at Kabbage, Inc., and HR Business Partner at Kronos Incorporated, where responsibilities spanned across global HR functions and supporting dynamic regional markets. Rakesh's earlier experience includes HR activities at Flatworld Solutions, recruitment roles at Accenture and Maple Consulting, and academic contributions at West Virginia University as a research assistant. Rakesh holds an MSIR in Human Resources from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's in Business Management (Finance) from Christ University, Bangalore.
