Serhat Can

Serhat Can is a seasoned professional in product management and technical evangelism, currently serving as Co-Founder and Director of Product Management at JumpCloud since March 2024. With a strong background in the tech community, Serhat has been recognized as an AWS Community Hero by Amazon Web Services since November 2018. Prior experience includes Co-Founder and CEO of Resmo, which was acquired by JumpCloud, as well as Principal Technical Evangelist at Atlassian, where a focus on OpsGenie, incident response, and on-call best practices was emphasized. Serhat has played a key role in organizing global Devopsdays events and has extensive experience in speaking engagements, having delivered over 50 talks worldwide. Earlier career roles include Technical Evangelist and Software Engineer at OpsGenie, and software engineering positions at ICterra Information & Communication Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Computer Education from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, alongside a minor in Computer Engineering.
