Tory Thornton

Tory Thornton currently serves as the Director of People Partners at JumpCloud, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Tory Thornton spent nearly 13 years at Groupon, attaining multiple roles including Senior Manager, Global HR Business Partner and various levels of HR Business Partner, where Tory Thornton developed and executed HR strategies that enhanced organizational effectiveness and managed HR projects such as a successful mentorship program and an improved exit interview process. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Generalist at ThoughtWorks, managing onboarding and performance reviews. Tory Thornton holds a Master of Business Administration from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University in Biology and Psychology.
