Rinat Hadas

Rinat Hadas is the current Chief of Staff at Jumpcrew. Rinat has previous experience working as a Chief of Staff in Global Human Capital at Deloitte from April 2013 to December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Manager at Ernst & Young from January 2011 to March 2013 and as a Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Senior Consultant at KPMG from April 2007 to December 2010. Rinat began their career as a Corporate, Tax and Estate Planning Attorney at Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns from September 2004 to February 2007.

Rinat Hadas received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida, where they also minored in French. Rinat then attended the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor. After working for a few years, they decided to pursue a Master of Laws in Taxation at New York University School of Law. Rinat has also received certification from The Chief of Staff Association in The Chief of Staff Association Micro-Credentials.
