Jyoti (Joy) Saxena has been working in the technology industry since 2010. Jyoti (Joy) began their career as a Software Engineer at Accenture, where they worked for 8 years. In 2018, they joined OTS Solutions as a Project Manager and also began working at JumpGrowth as a Senior Project Development Manager.

Jyoti (Joy) Saxena completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Christ University, Bangalore in Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education. Jyoti (Joy) then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education.
