Mia Shoham

Mia Shoham has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mia is the Founder & CEO of JUMPIN since 2018. Prior to that, they were the VP at macademia - מקדמיה from 2015 to 2021, where they led a team of 15 career experts and oversaw operations to ensure they met the company's goals.

From 2017 to 2018, Mia worked as the Children & Youth Education Manager at Or Yarok, where they led local education programs promoting road safety and managed over 600 volunteers. Mia also developed e-learning content and courses to increase road safety awareness.

Before that, Mia served as an Instructor at the Israeli AIDS task Force from 2013 to 2017. Mia organized training activities and promoted awareness about AIDS.
