Valentina Yaman is a social entrepreneur, visual and movement artist, and a high-level transpersonal coach. Over Valentina’s 15+ years of coaching experience, she has supported impact-makers, visionary leaders in business, non-profits, and philanthropies. Her coaching philosophy is informed by her extensive social entrepreneurial experience and training as a Quantum Meditation teacher and various Vedic modalities and is grounded in helping her clients embody their genius. Valentina also has a keen interest and experience, in leading Masterminds for leaders who want to create positive change from a place of integration, sovereignty, and soulfulness.

Valentina received her formal business education at Bentley University and graduated with a degree in Managerial Economics, after which she returned to her home in Ecuador to run a Fair Trade flower farm with almost 500 artisan farmers as CEO. Valentina has also served as a sales manager for Google Partner- Nubis, and as Founder and CEO of BeMyRose, an e-commerce platform for flowers designed to enable flower farmers to sell directly to customers. She was selected as the youngest woman to serve as an industry representative to Fairtrade International. She then founded three different social enterprises around indigenous weaving, food sovereignty, and community building.

Valentina is passionate about supporting Indigenous communities and has worked on various projects ranging from an e-commerce platform for Indigenous craftspeople to collaborating with an Aymara Shaman from the South Andres to supporting food sovereignty in communities in the Lago San Pablo region of Ecuador. Most recently, she serves as a Founding Partner in the UTU Social Impact Investment Fund, which supports long-term sustainable investments in community development aligned with increased demand for minerals and space for the renewable energy revolution.

Valentina is also an artist and works through the mediums of painting, photography, and dance. Creative expression, embodiment practices through movement, and quantum energetics are central to Valentina’s approach to coaching and business, and she has received formal training as a yoga instructor and as an Ayurvedic practitioner. Valentina can often be found spending time with her husband and son in upstate New York or Ecuador.
