Anya Nguyen

Anya Nguyen has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Anya is currently working as a Product Manager at June Homes, where they joined in December 2021.

Prior to this, Anya worked at Sberbank, the largest bank in Russia and Central and Eastern Europe. Anya held the position of Product Owner and was responsible for managing the investment marketplace in the Sberbank Online mobile app. During their time there, Anya implemented various strategies that resulted in a significant increase in monthly active users and conversion to purchase.

Before Sberbank, Anya worked at MegaLabs as a Product Manager and Project Manager. Anya played a key role in setting up a user research process and was involved in the collection of MegaFon's B2B services.

Anya also has experience in communications management, having worked as a Communications Manager (IT) at PepsiCo. In this role, they successfully improved communications between IT and the business, increased user loyalty to new IT products, and organized promotional events.

Earlier in their career, Anya worked at Lazada Group as a Developer Relations Associate, where they focused on external and internal communications, event organization, and promotional design. Anya also worked as a PR Manager at PR-Consulta, where they gained experience in writing, editing, and managing public relations for various clients.

Anya Nguyen completed their Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design at the British Higher School of Art and Design from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from The Finance University (Academy) under the Government of the Russian Federation, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Anya has obtained several certifications. Anya completed the "Mastering Product Management" program at Reforge in November 2022. Anya also completed the "SQL for Beginner Data Analysis" course at Udemy in October 2021, and the "GoPractice" certification from GoPractice, Inc in November 2019. In 2017, Anya received certifications in "Effective Presentation Skills" and "Video Production Training" from PepsiCo.

Earlier in their career, Anya acquired skills in Photoshop, achieving a certification in December 2015. Anya also obtained an overall band score of 7.0 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) in September 2012. In 2011, Anya participated in training programs such as "Ernst & Young – Cycle of lectures on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)" and "Training for International Certificate in Financial English (ICFE), C1 certificate" to enhance their financial education. Additionally, they attended a seminar on effective business presentation at A.R.M.S. Training House in March 2011.
