Dhruv Kohli has held various software engineering roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Android Embedded Software Engineer with General Motors as a contractor. In 2017, they joined Motorola Solutions Inc. as an Android Embedded Software Engineer, where they worked on Android Framework development and Board Support Package (BSP). In 2020, they joined Ford Motor Company as a Senior Software Engineer in their Autonomous Vehicle division, in the OS/BSP team. Currently, they are working with June (Acquired by Weber-Stephen Products LLC) as an Embedded Android AOSP Engineer, responsible for board support package (BSP) development, Framework HALs and drivers. Dhruv works closely with application developers as well as low level and firmware developers to customize the BSP as needed.
Dhruv Kohli completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in 2014. Dhruv then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Amity International School where they studied PCM.
