Ken Toley

Ken Toley has worked in the software quality assurance field for over 20 years. Ken began their career in 1999 as a Software Engineer/Technical Writer at IBM. In 2002, they moved to CargoSmart Limited as a Technical Writer. In 2003, they joined Adobe Systems, where they held several roles including Flash Authoring Quality Assurance Engineer, Flash Player Quality Assurance Engineer, Flash Support Engineer, and Flash Support Team Lead. In 2012, they moved to KIXEYE as Senior Manager of Quality Engineering and Manager of Quality Engineering. In 2014, they joined Xero as Director of Quality Assurance. In 2015, they became Director of Product Quality Engineering at Dictionary.com. In 2017, they were appointed Director of Quality Assurance at Lumos Labs (Lumosity). In 2020, they moved to Y Media Labs as QA Manager. In 2019, they co-founded Calidad AI and served as COO. In 2022, they joined June (which was later acquired by Weber, Inc.) as Sr. Software Quality Assurance Manager.

Ken Toley earned a BS in Technical Writing from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000. In 2011, they earned a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
