Agathe Keim

Agathe Keim currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Jungbunzlauer, following a tenure at Boston Consulting Group where Agathe held various roles, including Project Leader and Management Consultant. Significant achievements at BCG include facilitating a value stream mapping workshop for a leading pharmaceutical company and designing a client onboarding process for a private bank. Prior experience includes working as a Change Management Consultant at Accenture, managing a production line and supply chain at Autoliv, and contributing to projects in the energy sector at Stadtwerke München GmbH. Agathe holds an MBA from IMD and a general engineering degree from Centrale Lyon, along with additional academic credentials from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and Technical University of Munich.
