Caterina Colozzi

Caterina Colozzi currently serves as the Regional HR Manager for South-East Europe at Jungheinrich AG since May 2023. Previously, from March 2014 to April 2023, Caterina held the position of Head of Human Resources Operations at Eataly, where responsibilities included coordinating the HRBP team for Europe, defining HR strategies for stores, developing training plans, overseeing talent acquisition and performance management, and managing HR budgets. Prior to that, Caterina worked as an HR Business Partner, focusing on human resources issues within retail locations, particularly in cost management and team development. Caterina's career began at Evidentia Communication, where roles included Account Manager, Assistant Manager, and Account, spanning from 2004 to 2014. Caterina is pursuing a Team Coaching degree at EEC - Escuela Europea de Coaching and has completed coursework at SDA Bocconi and Università degli Studi di Firenze, alongside a Laurea Magistrale in Lettere Moderne from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
