Henning Harms has a diverse range of work experience. Henning began their career as an Apprenticeship Management Assistant for Wholesale and Trade at Carl Wilh. Meyer GmbH & Co. KG from August 2009 to January 2012. Henning then moved on to Volkswagen AG, where they completed an internship and bachelor's thesis in Sales Steering from February 2015 to July 2015.
In 2017, Harms joined RUF Lebensmittelwerk KG for an internship and master's thesis in the Strategy Office, working from March to July. Henning then joined Jungheinrich PROFISHOP AG & Co. KG in 2018 as a Business Development Manager, responsible for corporate strategy with a focus on e-commerce and digital transformation.
Throughout their time at Jungheinrich PROFISHOP AG & Co. KG, Harms held several positions, including Lead Business Development Manager from December 2019 to April 2021 and Team Leader Business Development from May 2021 to September 2022. Henning is currently serving as the Head of Business Development, where they lead the department and is a member of the company's management team. Henning'sresponsibilities include PMO leadership, establishing the data value office, and leading the pricing excellence team.
Henning Harms earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences in the years 2012 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from Hochschule Osnabrück from 2015 to 2017.
