Co Founder at Jungle

Alexander Helmer has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a board member of the Society of Aerospace Engineering Students. Alexander then became the President of the Study Tour Committee, organizing a three-week tour to Russia, Ukraine, Poland, and Germany. Alexander also worked as a Teaching Assistant at TU Delft and was involved in the restructuring of the MSc Program.

In 2013, Alexander co-founded a tech start-up called Jungle.ai, where they served as Co-founder and Operations Manager. Jungle.ai uses AI models to detect performance issues and predict failures in industrial assets.

Alexander also had roles at Google as an Algorithms Engineer Intern and at Haalbeeld Fotografie as a co-owner, specializing in symposia, congresses, workshops, and portrait photography.

Additionally, Alexander worked as a Campus Recruiter at Ebbinge, scouting top students at the Delft University of Technology and guiding them through the application process.

Alexander Helmer completed their education at various institutions. Alexander earned a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology from 2014 to 2017. Alexander achieved distinctions during this program and also participated in the honours programme. Prior to their Master's, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same university, studying from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their main field of study, Alexander pursued a minor in Finance, specializing in Financial Mathematics, from 2012 to 2013 at Delft University of Technology. To improve their English language proficiency, they attended Rennert Bilingual in New York in 2008, where they received a TOEIC certification. Alexander's education journey began at Ignatius Gymnasium, a school located from 2002 to 2008, where they focused on a science profile.
