Earlier in their career, Paul worked at Servatech Ltd, where roles included Principal Technical Consultant, Project Engineer, and Senior Engineer from October 2000 to November 2016. Paul holds a degree in Business Studies from The University of Huddersfield, completed between 1997 and 2000.
